Andrea Lockhart, CPA, is the Founder and CEO of Loud CPA. She is an experienced tax, accounting, and audit professional with over 30 years of public and private industry experience. Andrea began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta and went on to further enhance her auditing skills as an internal auditor.  She later became the Assistant Vice-President of a leading global consumer and commercial information solutions company overseeing all compliance and reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Andrea spent five years as a Controller of a major international corporation that grossed $25 million in revenue overseeing all tax and accounting related functions.  She is no stranger to compliance, audits, and regulatory oversight.

Andrea is an official member of the DOPE CFO Network. The DOPE CFO Network is a nationally recognized organization of leading experts specifically trained to provide GAAP compliant accounting and tax services to the cannabis industry.
